1 pkg (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
Juice from 1 Lemon
1-1/2 tsp Prepared Horseradish
24 Assorted or Crostini-style Crackers
6 oz lox (smoked salmon)
1 tbsp Chopped Fresh Dill
1/2 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
Directions
  1. Beat cream cheese, lemon juice and horseradish with mixer until well blended.
  2. Place crackers in single layer on tray; top evenly with folded salmon slices, then cream cheese mixture. 
  3. Sprinkle with dill, then pepper. 

 

Make Ahead: The cream cheese mixture can be prepared ahead of time. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator up to 2 days before using as directed.
